Our Return Policy:
The customer is advised to check properly upon delivery if the correct ordered item has been delivered and notify the delivery Staff immediately should it be the wrong item. This will help ensure that the correct Item is resent to the customer soon enough to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
Items must also be checked for physical damages at the time of delivery to ensure that all items are received in good physical condition before the departure of the delivery staff.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, you have to notify our Help Team immediately with details of the product and the defect. All returns must be done within 2 days from the time that the item is received.
For wrong items received, items must be returned in resalable condition which means that it should be in the same state and condition that you received it in. All packaging and accessories must be intact.
Upon receipt of the returned defective product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or Phone Call within 2 working days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: beauty, health or personal effects with seal broken, for example cosmetics, underwear, toothbrushes, books, etc. are not returnable unless item delivered is not what you ordered for. Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the delivery staff.
DELIVERY FEES: All delivery fees associated with the returning and replacement of defective or wrongly delivered Items, will be covered by The Makers Electronics.
